  1. Peek-A-Boo Eggs

  3. 1 slice bread
  4. 2 tsp. butter (approximately)
  5. 1 egg
  6. nonstick cooking spray
  7.  
  8. Use a small glass to cut a whole in the center of the bread.  Butter
  9. both sides of the bread, (and the "circle" if you wish)
  10.  
  11. Over medium heat in a nonstick pan sprayed with nonstick cooking
  12. spray, toast bread until golden, turn over and toast other side.(
  13. You can toast the circle at the same time).

  15. After both sides are toasted, while the bread is still in the pan,
  16. and the heat is still on, crack the egg and deposit into the whole
  17. in the center of the bread.

  19. Cook until the white is firm on the bottom, then flip the egg/toast
  20. combination over and continue cooking on the other side until the
  21. egg is done to your liking.
